I wish that were true. Does this mean you're FINALLY apologizing for making assumptions about me and we can put an end to this ridiculous conversation and get back on topic?
About fricken' time. That's all I wanted. I will not let lies stand. Thanks
Why would I apologize to you?. I am sticking to what I was originally trying to say. Have you ever heard of the saying "agree to disagree"? I have let the matter go, doing my best to explain what I meant, and you can either accept or reject. It sounds like you reject. THAT IS O.K.
What is it about your narcissistic personality that will not allow you to let sleeping dogs lie? Why would you want to keep going round after round after round with nothing to accomplish? The economy is melting around us, yet you feel the need to discuss inanities in your argumentative style of "splitting hairs".
You're the one that keeps saying you're done but keeps posting. All I want to do is show you how making assumptions about people you don't even know is stupid. It seems everyone sees that except for you. There is nothing to "agree to disagree" about. You're wrong, plain and simple. Where I live, and where I came from, is not just like Wasilla as you claimed. That is my only point, and one that you don't seem to understand no matter how many facts I provide that prove it. I'm not really sure what your issue with that is, but I do think it's rather amusing, which is why I keep posting. Maybe I should thank you for that?

Between the two of us, I am the only one that has actually been to Wasilla. I gave my position on what I was trying to say. It sounds like you reject that position, so the only place left to go is to "agree to disagree". Now we are splitting hairs on the rejection of the "agreement to disagree" as you aren't satisfied until I come around to your point of view. I understand that you reject my premise. What more can I do for you? Very odd.

What does having actually been to Wasilla have to do with the fact that you wrongly claimed it was just like where I came from, when you don't even know where that is? Again, the whole point was that you made an incorrect assumption, were proven wrong about your assumption, then started trying to twist what you said into something else. We can certainly agree to disagree about your assumption, but your disagreement makes you wrong. That's all. And I'm fine with that if you are. You gonna stop trying to argue with me now?

Wow, will this issue not ever drop? Tasha, you seem to be the only one that can't let it drop, after pftp extended the flag of truce saying it was obviously time to agree to disagree. I have to agree, very odd. Not your usual high standard of posting, either.pftp wrote:Karmagirl....I'm just not into banging my head against the wall for the good feeling that I get when I stop...karmagirl wrote:pftp wrote:

Peace.
I agreed with him that we'd have to agree to disagree in my last post. I just think it's funny that every time he says he's going to stop posting, he continues to do so. That's why I keep egging him on. It's like I have some weird power over some people. It's a little exciting, to be honest with you. And I honestly don't even know what we're agreeing to disagree about. He made a comment, I proved him wrong. There's not really anything to disagree with. But yeah, this conversation itself isn't exciting enough for me to put much into it, sorry for the lackluster performance. I need better material to work with or I just get lazy. pftp hasn't offered me much.
